ABOUT US
At Lakeside Family Wellness, we believe a strong parent-child relationship is essential to healthy child development. This conviction led Gretchen Slavicek, MS, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to transition from her 16-year career as a teacher and early childhood educator into mental health.
With specialized training in trauma-informed approaches like Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and perinatal mental health, Gretchen is dedicated to fostering and supporting parents and young children. Her unique service model offering both telehealth and in-home therapy allows for a comfortable, familiar setting. While her focus is young children and families, Gretchen works with youth and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and a variety of family issues.
