Our Telehealth counseling services are now available in both Minnesota and Colorado. This service provides a convenient and secure way to access her compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative therapeutic approach from the comfort of your own home.
Using a secure online platform, Gretchen conducts diagnostic assessments to create a tailored treatment plan. She is also able to utilize her specialized training in trauma-informed therapies, including EMDR and Brainspotting, to help clients process and heal from challenging experiences.

Intake & Diagnostic Assessment: After the initial consultation, we'll schedule a comprehensive diagnostic assessment. During this session, Gretchen will gather information about your history, symptoms, and goals to understand your unique needs and recommend a personalized treatment plan.

Ongoing Therapy: Once your treatment plan is established, we'll schedule regular telehealth sessions. These sessions are held on a secure, HIPAA-compliant phone or video platform, ensuring your privacy and confidentiality are protected.

What technology do I need? A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a reliable internet connection, a camera, and a microphone. We use a simple, secure video conferencing platform that does not require any special software downloads.

What if I'm not in Minnesota or Colorado? Unfortunately, due to state licensing laws, we can only provide telehealth services to clients physically located in either Minnesota or Colorado at the time of the session.
